To have a happy and fulfilling life it is important to have a morning routine, what exactly do I mean by this!

Let's have a look at this, what exactly is meant by routine. Repeating the events to create a sustained patterns which look exactly same everyday. This actually might look monotonous but let's break it down.

what are the advantages of creating this routine

1. conditioning of mind: Your mind is exactly dictated to do certain events at certain time intervals, this structures your mind which is very important to have a structured thinking.

2. Disciplining of mind: "The mind is a very wonderful slave, but a terrible master"-Robin S Sharma, the famous author who has written many inspirational books like "The 5 AM club", "The monk who sold his Ferrari", etc., discloses the importance of disciplining of mind through continued will.

So, once you obtain a structured thinking which is disciplined, anything that you dream is achievable.

what Should your morning routine look like: It's left to you to structure your day.

Here are some very basics things that I have received from few self-help books

1.SAVERS- silence, affirmations, visualization, Exercise, reading and scribing, an effective way of starting the day according to the author of "Miracle Mornings".

There are other alternatives if you feel few aspect of this cannot be implemented.

Generally, what has worked to me from my personal experience is to wake up usually by 5( I have always been an early bird), seems tough but by exercising your will everyday continuously for few days will make it easy. (If you really want to transform your life, you have to be willing to walk the way). I usually avoid starting my day by looking at my cell and would advice on same.

Have you ever thought, what is the first thought you think when you wake up?

If not do it tomorrow.

I would recommend each one of you to not look at your phones when you wake up tomorrow morning but get involved in elevated thoughts or silence your mind for 5 to 10 minutes, after that you can fresh up and start your day with a motivational quote or inspiring videos, certainly some amount of time in the morning routine should be dedicated to introspection and exercise, there are tremendous benefits of exercising, Keeps your brain and body active through-out the day, next I would request you to plan your day, when you do so, you will be accountable for your time and the events that are happening. These are few good habits for a healthy and energizing morning, you can decide the time and order that you want to spend on each of these small things which make a big difference in your day.

Finally, I would conclude by saying elevate your mornings to elevate your face. If there is something that I would recommend everyone to do that is getting into a routine, most successful people always have a routine and they like to be responsible for how they use their time.
